In 1981, Calvary Christian Academy opened its doors for its first school year with an enrollment of just a few students who were members of Calvary Independent Baptist Church. Classes were held in the basement of the church building. Today CCA has an enrollment of over 100 students representing over a dozen local churches. However, classes are still held in the basement of the church building… The time has come.
APRIL 2022
Members of Calvary Baptist Church voted to open a building fund to begin raising money to build additional classrooms and bathrooms for Calvary Christian Academy. A generous community member put up a $1 million match to fuel the progress of the project!
SEPTEMBER 2022
The church votes to make Jack Reihart the General Contractor on the project, and move forward with the architectural plans rendered by Greg Larson.
February - March 2023
Demolition and site work begins! The generous community member who sponsored the $1 million dollar match, gave the balance of the match up front to support the progress on the building construction, bringing the building fund to $1.4 million.

August 2023
Construction continues and the school is scheduled to be completed by August 11th. The first day of school is scheduled for August 23rd.
